Okay, I want to know what you consider to be your favorite fanfiction cross-overs. It can be Final Fantasy to your favorite anime. Let everyone know your favorites.

I was always fond of crossing Streetfighter with Mortal Kombat. I wrote a trilogy of fics for that then I wrote one that was Streetfighter/ Mortal Kombat/Dragonball Z/Fatal Fury.
I also had fun crossing ClockTower 2/Silent Hill. Now that was the bloodiest thing I've ever written. It was fun though, I got a good response out of it too.
I am still writing my FFVII/Naruto slash crossover, but eventually I will go back to my FFVII/Resident Evil crossover too.
No wonder I can't wait to judge this years' crossovers!! I'm nuts about the whole genre!
I also have an idea for a Streetfighter/Naruto crossover too.

I actually like a cross-over of FFVII (AC) and BLEACH for some odd reason...I think it might have something to do with the likenesses between Cloud and Ichigo...maybe that or I'm just a hopeless fangirl...

It's not that much of a crossover, but FF/KH where the characters FF backstories are incorperated into the KH universe are often absolutely heartbreaking and really inspiring, especially if the story of how they got to the KH world is done well...

Have you ever read Nagia's Burnt Offerings, leaf? Major goodness on the KH/FF crossovers. I eat those things up, 'cause if done correctly, they can be awesome on so many levels. As for me, I read a lot of Yu Yu Hakusho/Inuyasha crossovers. I don't like reading Inuyasha fic on its own because it bores me (unless it's older!Rin/Sesshoumaru), but crossed over with YYH, it can be pretty awesome, since they both focus heavily on demons and spirit power and blah blah. One of my favorite authors, Moon Step, does an awesome job of crossing those two animes over. I read her stuff all the time.

Yessss, Burnt Offerings is amazing. As is Guardian1's "But That Was In Another Country," although it's still pretty firmly in the FF7 universe, there's Heartless everywhere so...
As for strictly FF crossovers, Mengde's Schism is, above all, my absolute favorite. It's a FF7/FFX crossover, and it is amazing. Seriously, if you haven't read it yet, you should.

Yes, it's Guardian1's stuff that makes me love that kind of crossover. But That Was In Another Country is my favourite fanfiction ever. Full Stop (Although when talking about it to Fear I have to refer to it as "that long one you wont read ")

I'll admit, I'm a bit of a sucker for KH/FF crossovers myself. I seem to be drawn to the ones that love to draw a connection between Axel & Reno.
I've actually read a KH/Yu Yu Hakusho cross-over before, and it wasn't ground-breaking, but it was captivating. Unfortunately, the author stopped updating... I hate it when that happens. D:

I'm still waiting for my cross-over... Final Fantasy VII/Death Note.
If no one writes one soon, I'm going to have to do it myself. The idea of Light, L, Ryuk and the Task Force (along with L's three sucessors) would be way too much fun not to play around with for a little while. I mean, they have a note that can kill people. I think it'd be pre-Insane!Sephiroth...
I'm thinking way too much...

This reminds me, I have to get back to my DMC/FFVI and my FFVII/FFIX crossover.

Mm, I do love a good KH/FF7 xover. One of my fave SS/HG fics is actually an HP/Abhorsen xover and is very well done.
And I read a House/CSI xover once that was very enjoyable (snarky House vs highly intelligent Grissom ftw).
If I have a favourite it would probably be KH/FF7 though. Though I haven't even played KH (I really really want to, who wants to lend me a PS2?).

Anyway, I quite like crossovers with KH and FF, but it's pretty standard by now. Apart from that, I remember reading a Devil May Cry/Silent Hill crossover that was pretty darn good, once. Hmm... I can't really recall any fandoms that I love reading crossovers for. I'll have to think about it some more.

Heh... back when I still enjoyed the series, I read many a Ranma 1/2 fics. Of them all, there was always this weird... perverse tendency to turn Ranma into a Sailor Senshi, which always resulted in gender-changing mischief. So yeah, Ranma 1/2/Sailor Moon crossovers were my deal way back when. There were many a good one, but the truly great one is really weird in that both of those series... don't really exist. It's set in a completely alternate universe, and the sailor senshi are all like sexed up goddesses of sex and magic, and Ranma's a lil' universe-jumping emo dude thanks to his world being all destroyed by demons, and... yeah, it's a great read. Still isn't finished, but it's part of a bigger series which has been going on for at least ten or twenty years now. The name? Well, lookie here.EDIT: I was also into this one Ranma 1/2/Pokemon crossover way back when. Granted, I never did like Pokemon, but it was still a fun story to read. I forget what it was called, though. Shame...
