Maybe becuase Cissne was only a kid when she joined and now that Shinra has become obsolete as a defacto world government, she might actually want to leave ... Gawd... I've been hanging out with Ren too much, lol! ;D

That's the bit Tseng/Leaf and myself are like 'schwa' with, becuase we see the Turks as this band of people who are totally unbreakable, so in Tseng's words her wanting to leave.
"just did not compute."
Also, are there official sorces that say when she went into the Turks? Because I didn't find any and Elena was 'young' for the Turks, but she was very obviously not a kid. My world view of the Turks doesn't recuit children.

Yeah, my view of the Turks really is a family. They stick together through everything because they haven't got anyone or anything else, they are THERE for each other through everything. They can't just go back into the normal world again, they are just far too damaged by the things they've seen and done. Nobody else but another Turk could understand that, so they can't go anywhere but to other Turks.
Tseng's coming across quite harsh at the moment because that;s his view of the Turks, so Cissinei walking out is like a slightly younger sister saying she's running away from home... And Tseng isn't good with emotions, he's spent far too long supressing them, so it all just comes out as anger. But he's really upset about the whole thing and just wants what's best for her, honest!
Ooh and if the dad's a Turk then said Turk can have had the mandatory vasectomy reversed, it's possible, and if it's Reno then it's the kind of thing I can see him doing, because it made him feel like less of a "man" or something...
