To be honest, I'm elated for the winners *WELL DONE EVERYONE*....but I have to express how disappointed I am that Horky didn't win the Best Tragedy...it was unexpected...

I'm shocked, quite frankly. I was almost certain 'Primary' would get Best Misc. Thank you kindly for your decision on 'The Tea Party', regardless - that story has done quite well for something I slapped together on a whim.

*hug* Don't worry, mintbanana - your fic made it into the shortlists and was nominated as a gem in the FFVII fandom - that is itself in an achievement. I'm just glad the results are finally out - it took a lot of work to keep this forum and awards together, and it's really nice to see we've made it Hopefully people will use that list of winners to enjoy good FFVII fanfiction and be inspired by it.

It's a great story and it totally deserved to win.

A hearty congratulations to all the winners! Your work is an inspiration to us all! Feels kind of cheesy saying that, but it /is/ true.
